This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the Rippling platform administration: configure and optimize it for ACS’s requirements, manage user access and permissions, maintain workflows and automations related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding, and keep up-to-date with feature enhancements.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data; oversee master data including demographics, organizational structure, compensation, and employment status; perform regular audits and uphold data governance standards and validation rules.
• Oversee Rippling integrations with Ashby, time tracking, expense management, benefits vendors, and other external systems; create automated data workflows to minimize manual entry; monitor integration performance and resolve sync issues.
• Create and develop Rippling reports and dashboards for leadership and managers that encompass headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, compensation, and organizational structure; assist in strategic HR planning through data analysis, offering insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure that Rippling configurations comply with regulations (HIPAA, ADA, I-9, data privacy); uphold data security and access controls; assist in audit documentation; address employee and manager inquiries regarding Rippling and provide ongoing training and support to all users.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, including at least 2 years at a senior or specialist level managing an HRIS platform.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise with Rippling HRIS, having served as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert responsible for system configuration, workflows, automations, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong comprehension of HRIS workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting; experience managing data integrity, organizational charts, employee records, and master data.
• Proficient in reporting and dashboard creation; experience in configuring HRIS integrations with external systems, including recruiting, time tracking, and benefits providers.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements (ADA, HIPAA, I-9, wage/hour, data privacy); capable of collaborating with both HR business users and technical IT or vendor partners.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; adept at maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive employee data with professionalism.
