This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Serve as the System Administrator for a comprehensive HR Technology stack, overseeing implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide expertise in accessing, modifying, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of HR data and databases.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage focal processes, including the administration of merit and incentive attainment from the inception of budgets to delivery to colleagues.
• Model and analyze the organizational and financial impact of various HR initiatives.
• Advocate for the review, development, and documentation of HR processes, including the creation of job aids.
• Lead internal audit and compliance initiatives within HR, acting as the HR representative for company-wide audits (e.g., SOC, ISO, etc.).
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and work with internal stakeholders to resolve concerns.
• Maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Provide advanced report writing and HR analytics support, which includes business processes, security roles, and dashboards.
• Take ownership of HR systems training and documentation.
• Act as a versatile team member within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team as needed.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in HR systems administration, with hands-on experience in Workday.
• Familiarity with business and financial programs and terminology.
• Functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs, and practices is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.).
• Analytical and consultative skills to effectively communicate both simple and complex information to diverse audiences, in both written and oral formats.
• Ability to meet pressing deadlines, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
