πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Configure, manage, and enhance Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules to align with business operations and organizational needs. Provide support for additional Workday modules as required.

β€’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations as well as absence policies.

β€’ Create and sustain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics pertaining to payroll and absence data.

β€’ Assist with Workday security for new implementations, acquisitions, reorganizations, and system upgrades.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors on processes and integrations that affect payroll, time tracking, benefits, and absence management.

β€’ Document system configurations, procedures, testing, and recommendations for optimal system setup and migration.

β€’ Support audits, reconciliation efforts, and year-end processes as necessary.

β€’ Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to assess, implement, and leverage AI-driven solutions within Workday and associated HR technologies, fostering innovation, process enhancement, and scalable operational improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

β€’ Over 5 years of functional experience with Workday, including configuration and support.

β€’ More than 3 years of experience supporting HCM, Payroll, and Absence or Time Tracking modules.

β€’ Background in working within complex organizations that have multiple business units and diverse local and international employee populations.

β€’ Knowledge of payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax setup.

β€’ Experience in configuring and maintaining leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence validations.

β€’ Proficiency in Workday business processes, organizational structures, staffing models, and worker lifecycle events.

β€’ Configuration experience with time entry codes, work schedules, overtime rules, and time calculations.
