This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the CRM infrastructure for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Ensure data integrity, manage automation workflows, generate reports, and oversee integrations.
• Develop scalable and automated workflows to improve lead management strategies.
• Deliver insights utilizing HubSpot’s reporting tools.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of HubSpot infrastructure with business goals and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing HubSpot CRM.
• Strong technical understanding of HubSpot’s API and experience in developing custom integrations and workflows.
• Proficient in setting up and utilizing webhooks to initiate external actions based on HubSpot events.
• Knowledgeable in HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various teams.
• Capable of clearly articulating marketing and sales strategies while analyzing pertinent data and metrics.
• Competent in creating and implementing efficient processes within the HubSpot platform to optimize workflows.
