This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials to support Medical Communication initiatives.
• Convert complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear and engaging visual storytelling.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all produced materials.
• Leverage knowledge of Medical Communication audiences to inform creative decisions.
• Engage in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic goals and stakeholder input.
• Actively suggest innovative approaches, layouts, or visual systems to improve clarity and impact.
• Collaborate closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Accurately and efficiently incorporate medical, legal, and regulatory feedback.
• Handle multiple projects at once with minimal supervision.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency setting.
• Previous experience in supporting Medical Communications, Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused projects is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint design.
• Skills in Figma/XD.
• Understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Experience and skills related to AI.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are considered a plus.
