This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster Strategic Creative Ideation
• Evaluate briefs, target demographics, campaign goals, and business objectives to guide creative direction and inform design choices.
• Deliver design concepts and suggestions that clearly link creative decisions to business results.
• Act as a trusted creative consultant by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance brand communications, visual storytelling, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, content, and cross-functional teams to create integrated creative solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite concept development, create variations, and refine creative directions prior to full production.
• Own & Develop the Brand System
• Uphold the TimelyCare brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels and touchpoints.
• Organize, maintain, and enhance brand assets, templates, component libraries, and design systems using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-integrated design platforms.
• Create scalable creative resources including AI-ready templates and automation-enabled production workflows that boost efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across teams.
• Document and communicate brand standards, design guidelines, and best practices for internal and external partners, including advice on the appropriate use of AI tools within brand parameters.
• Conduct regular evaluations of brand assets and design systems to uncover opportunities for enhancement and scalability.
• Transform the brand system into supporting campaigns that reinforce and build brand equity.
• Lead Campaign Design & Execution
• Convert strategic briefs into engaging creative solutions across digital, print, social, advertising, email, web, video, presentations, sales enablement, and events to reinforce and evolve the brand with every interaction.
• Implement advanced design principles, such as typography, hierarchy, composition, accessibility, color theory, and visual storytelling to every deliverable.
• Use AI-powered design tools to speed up ideation, asset creation, and layout exploration while exercising professional judgment to refine and enhance final outputs.
• Produce production-ready files and assets that comply with brand, compliance, accessibility, and technical requirements.
• Oversee projects from intake to final delivery with minimal supervision, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Provide Creative Direction & Collaboration
• Work closely with the Creative Director and broader Marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Offer art direction, feedback, and quality control for freelance designers, agencies, photographers, illustrators, and other external creative partners.
• Review external creative work to ensure adherence to brand standards, project goals, and production requirements before final approval.
• Foster a culture of creative excellence through collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and constructive feedback.
• Advance Creative Operations & Innovation
• Proactively embrace and champion AI-powered tools and workflows for design, production, and asset management, assisting the team in building fluency and confidence with new capabilities.
• Keep abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, AI-enabled creative tools, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows, design processes, asset management, and team efficiency.
• Investigate new formats, motion graphics, interactive experiences, and creative methods that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive graphic design experience in a marketing, brand, creative, or agency setting, both leading and developing creative marketing solutions.
• Experience providing creative direction and feedback to external creative partners, freelancers, or agencies.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept development through to final execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong working proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, templates, and collaborative workflows.
• Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Claude connectors) to support ideation, asset generation, or production processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of typography, layout systems, accessibility standards, visual hierarchy, and brand development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems and creative asset libraries.
• Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, and their potential to enhance creative work rather than replace it.
