This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and enhance B2B brand systems, visual frameworks, and design guidelines
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Develop campaign toolkits, key visuals, and assets for multi-channel execution
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, strategy)
• Convert business objectives and brand positioning into impactful design solutions
• Clearly present and articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders and clients
• Operate effectively in a remote, feedback-oriented environment
• Over 5 years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B branding and marketing settings
• Strong foundation in brand systems, visual identity, and design guidelines
• Experience in designing integrated campaigns (not just standalone assets)
• Thorough understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and composition
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Capability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating in English
• English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)
