This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, supported by data to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
• Develop motion graphics and short-form video edits optimized for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Transform existing video content into high-performing ad units customized for specific platform requirements, aspect ratios, and viewer attention spans.
• Work closely with media and content teams to synchronize motion creative with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all static, motion, and video materials while creatively adapting to various audience segments and platforms.
• Partner with internal and client teams to comprehend business objectives, target audiences, and additional data points to assist in creating A/B tests and data-driven designs.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments utilizing CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to collect insights and confirm design choices.
• Continuously iterate and enhance designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing results.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while effectively communicating with project management and other internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status, respond to feedback, and ensure their requirements are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creativity and CRO.
• At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and application of performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping, along with experience in designing for performance-driven campaigns.
• Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
• 🏠 We offer a set living wage at Directive; the annual base salary range for this position in the US is $70,000 - $90,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Directive's compensation practices, job-related skills, and experience level.
