Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact paid advertising visuals across various digital platforms

• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, booklets, mailers, sales tools, and branded assets

• Generate visual concepts that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines

• Assist in branding, packaging, product design, and innovative marketing initiatives

• Ensure all outputs uphold a high standard of quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail

• Design captivating email campaigns and customer communications

• Develop and oversee email assets using Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or comparable platforms

• Modify and customize email templates using HTML when necessary

• Collaborate with marketing teams to facilitate campaign launches and ongoing projects

• Create polished presentations for clients and internal teams

• Design visually striking PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey ideas

• Convert complex information into engaging visual stories

• Create large-scale graphics for events, activations, presentations, LED displays, signage, and branded environments

• Support creative endeavors that go beyond conventional marketing channels

• Utilize Figma to assist with website and UX/UI design projects

• Work alongside creative and marketing teams on digital projects

• Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and client assignments

• Aid in maintaining uniformity across all creative outputs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional graphic design experience

• Prior agency experience is highly preferred

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is essential)

• Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

• Solid experience with Figma and PowerPoint

• Proven experience in designing email marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms

• Working knowledge of HTML for customizing email templates

• Advanced English communication skills (C1+)
