Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop impactful design materials for marketing initiatives, social media, websites, advertisements, and short-form motion graphics.

• Convert creative briefs into striking, brand-aligned, conversion-focused visuals.

• Work in partnership with content, video, and performance marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns.

• Modify and enhance visuals based on performance data and feedback.

• Ensure design quality and consistency across all brand interactions.

• Assist product marketing with clear and persuasive visual communication.

• Guide junior designers and contribute to the development of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.

• A robust portfolio showcasing clean execution, storytelling ability, and design leadership.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion design tools.

• Experience or enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools in concept development and production.

• Strong grasp of layout, composition, and visual coherence.

• Capability to work efficiently, iterate rapidly, and meet strict deadlines.

• Experience in mentoring designers is an advantage.
