Senior Governance Analyst, LGPD, Legal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments for compliance with LGPD in legal and related fields;

• Map out processes, data flows, and inventories of personal data;

• Carry out gap analyses, pinpointing discrepancies with LGPD and CNJ regulations;

• Assess existing governance frameworks and controls related to information privacy;

• Develop executive reports detailing diagnostics, risks, and actionable plans;

• Suggest practical recommendations and implement controls for risk mitigation;

• Assist in formulating and reviewing data protection policies, standards, and procedures;

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, particularly legal teams;

• Aid in initiatives to promote awareness and foster a culture of privacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data governance, privacy, and LGPD;

• Demonstrated experience in mapping processes and data (data mapping);

• Experience conducting gap assessments and evaluating privacy maturity;

• Familiarity with CNJ guidelines and regulations relevant to the legal sector;

• Strong analytical abilities and experience in preparing executive reports;

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with business units.
