Senior Functional Consultant, D365 and Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Partnering with clients to create and implement solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

• Conducting discovery workshops and developing functional specifications.

• Configuring solutions, aiding in testing, supporting data migration efforts, providing training, and facilitating implementation.

• Overseeing, mentoring, and nurturing junior team members.

• Establishing connections with colleagues from various disciplines throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform products.

• Comprehensive knowledge of at least two of the following Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform products: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

• Familiarity with AI features within Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform products.

• Experience with related Microsoft products, such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Proven end-to-end implementation experience in multiple Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform projects.

• Capability to create and influence solution designs using a configuration-first methodology.

• Expertise in designing and constructing both classic and Power Automate workflows.

• Experience engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
