Senior Fullstack Engineer, Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver high-quality full-stack features for web, mobile, backend services, and APIs.

• Create scalable and reliable systems that cater to millions of users.

• Build and sustain high-performance services, integrations, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to address customer and business challenges.

• Take ownership of projects from their initial concept through deployment and continuous optimization.

• Write clean, high-quality code, engage in code reviews, and contribute to best engineering practices.

• Enhance system performance, observability, and boost developer productivity.

• Promote AI adoption through intelligent automation, agentic tools, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Work alongside a skilled team in a culture that emphasizes ownership, learning, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing full-stack applications encompassing frontend, backend, and APIs.

• Strong backend development expertise in Golang or comparable languages (Python, Java, C#, Ruby, Rust, etc.).

• Experience in creating modern web applications using React.

• Understanding of mobile development principles and/or React Native.

• Strong skills in system design with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Experience in designing and managing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or AWS Step Functions.

• Curiosity about AI and proficiency with tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT is a plus.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and creating outstanding products.
