Senior Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance sustainable software systems that effectively balance product requirements, technical excellence, operational stability, and long-term adaptability.

• Leverage AI-driven and agentic coding tools to expedite the processes of discovery, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Break down unclear product and technical challenges into well-defined options, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.

• Gradually modernize existing systems to decrease technical debt while ensuring reliability and business continuity.

• Produce clean, production-ready code that is easy to read, test, and maintain.

• Troubleshoot intricate issues across application, infrastructure, and operational layers.

• Collaborate effectively with teams across frontend, backend, infrastructure, product, design, and operations.

• Strong instincts regarding product and user experience.

• Operational awareness in live production settings.

• Comfort in navigating frontend, backend, and infrastructure interfaces.
