This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design and develop comprehensive full-stack applications that drive the firm’s AI and analytics offerings.
• Create and implement reusable tools and frameworks that improve solution delivery across consulting teams.
• Build user-friendly front-end interfaces utilizing React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), ensuring integration with data and external systems.
• Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Ensure smooth integration from front-end to back-end and deliver fully functional, production-ready features.
• Employ DevOps and CI/CD methodologies to enhance deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and convert business needs into effective solutions.
• Work with a high level of ownership and autonomy, guiding solutions from initial concept through to implementation.
• Quickly prototype and refine solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience in backend development using Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, testing methodologies, and secure development standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in translating business workflows or operational issues into technical solutions is preferred.
