Senior Full-Stack Web Developer – Django REST, React, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain Django REST APIs for purposes such as authentication, telemetry data ingestion, alert correlation, incident management, task automation, and reporting.

• Create and enhance PostgreSQL schemas to handle large datasets, employing caching and indexing techniques to boost performance.

• Integrate various external security and compliance APIs, including SIEM, EDR, cloud security centers, email security gateways, and vulnerability assessment tools.

• Develop and oversee React/Next.js front-end applications for SOC dashboards, alert triage interfaces, compliance matrices, and AI-driven audit reports.

• Apply security-by-design principles encompassing secrets management, role-based access control, input validation, rate limiting, and secure session management.

• Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, integrating automated testing, code quality assessments, blue-green deployment strategies, and release management processes.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement model endpoints for tasks such as anomaly detection, risk assessment, and NLP-based evidence classification.

• Establish coding standards and facilitate peer review processes to uphold engineering excellence within the team.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and assist cross-functional teams through technical design evaluations and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of practical full-stack experience in developing and deploying production-quality applications, along with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and TypeScript across both backend and frontend frameworks.

• Knowledgeable in API security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and RBAC.

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS solutions, background job processing (Celery, Redis), and asynchronous workflows.

• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.

• Strong grasp of security frameworks and compliance standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and HIPAA.
