This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Advocate for the utilization and safe integration of AI-driven development tools (such as code completion and code review agents) to boost team productivity and elevate code quality.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance our varied CMS ecosystem (including HubSpot, WordPress, Craft CMS, etc.) while creating new features on the Next.js/Contentstack framework.
• Leverage expertise in LLMs and automation strategies to create internal tools or custom scripts that streamline web development processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Construct modular UI components and structured content models within a headless CMS to facilitate adaptable, drag-and-drop web page creation.
• Guarantee that all templates and components conform to standards for responsiveness, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO teams, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement site modifications that align with business objectives.
• Execute, test, and verify analytics, pixels, tags, forms, and event tracking across various platforms.
• Manage development and production environments, including backups and deployment workflows; document site architecture, dependencies, and technical operational procedures.
• Take ownership of the delivery path (DNS, CDN, WAF, Origin) and oversee integrations with marketing technology such as HubSpot via REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Establish guidelines for code structure, testing, and CI/CD processes while promoting best practices and reliable delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining marketing websites and landing pages within a professional setting.
• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Strong foundational skills in front-end development: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript, and React (including hooks, component design, and state management).
• Experience with Next.js: App Router or Pages Router, SSG/SSR/ISR, API routes, and performance enhancements.
• Required expertise in Contentstack: Advanced proficiency in content modeling, Management and Delivery APIs, Live Preview configuration, and optimizing the editor experience.
• Critical experience facilitating direct integrations between Contentstack and enterprise solutions, such as Okta for SSO, C360/Mulesoft for user permissions and data, RWS for automated translation workflows, and Coveo for enterprise search functionality.
• Familiarity with hosting, DNS, SSL, CDNs, and caching; comfortable navigating staging-to-production workflows and using Git.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (including sitemaps, robots.txt, metadata, schema) and Core Web Vitals.
• An accessibility-oriented mindset and a disciplined approach to quality assurance across devices and browsers; effective communication and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience with utilizing LLM-assisted development tools (such as code completion and code review agents) to improve development workflows and ensure safe and effective usage.
