Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Javascript, Typescript, Node

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• CRM Development: Enhance integration with various CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable), third-party marketing services, and data APIs pertinent to user segmentation, communication, and monetization.

• Video Platform Enhancement: Independently design and implement full-stack features to greatly enhance the video player experience and streamline video platform delivery and monetization strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, and marketing/CRM teams to conceptualize, develop, test, and refine new CRM and video functionalities.

• Technical Excellence: Produce clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code across the full stack utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular), web technologies (HTML5, CSS3), and relevant backend languages (e.g., PHP, Java, or Node.js).

• Performance & Optimization: Advocate for best practices in full-stack development, emphasizing service speed, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility standards.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex full-stack issues related to CRM systems, video playback, and system integrations.

• Innovation & Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development while leveraging AI, CRM, video streaming, and digital monetization strategies.

• Mentorship: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment.

• Agile Practices: Engage actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience with proficiency in both front-end technologies and back-end services.

• Demonstrated expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and substantial experience with a major front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and familiarity with a back-end language (e.g., PHP, Java, or Node.js) and associated frameworks.

• Strong grasp of the CRM and/or digital monetization ecosystem, including concepts such as user segmentation, data piping, and video ad standards (VAST, VPAID).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and collaborating effectively within a team.

• A true passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, demonstrating a proactive, 'go-getter' attitude, tackling complex technical challenges, and driving innovation in the CRM and video domains.

• Fluent in English, with the capacity to communicate ideas effectively.
