Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Data & Migrations

📋 Description

• Spearhead the modernization of a vital legacy system that oversees billions of dollars in international security cooperation.

• Function as an "Agent-native" engineer, utilizing AI-driven development tools daily to transition from a decades-old Oracle-based platform.

• Take ownership of the modernization process, ensuring the migration of intricate production data with financial-grade assurance while developing across the entire stack (UI, API, and Infrastructure).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and qualified for a U.S. SECRET clearance.

• Over 7 years of experience in constructing and managing production data systems.

• Practical experience with agentic AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar) on real-world codebases.

• Proven expertise with relational data systems, including schema design, migration, and performance optimization.

• Capability to read and comprehend PL/SQL and legacy database logic.

• Professional proficiency in the modern web stack: TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

• Documented experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD principles.
