• Design, architect, and implement business software along with the supporting APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Management to craft enjoyable user experiences.
• Develop platform-agnostic code that operates across various browsers and operating systems.
• Play a pivotal role in all decisions related to architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Generate engineering specifications, provide delivery estimates, and implement solutions aligned with product requirements.
• Create technical documentation for the solutions you deliver.
• Work closely with peers on specifications, conduct code reviews, and participate in testing.
• Develop unit and automated end-to-end tests to enhance code quality and maximize coverage for both new and existing features.
• Achieve KPIs set for the engineering team and take responsibility for them weekly.
• Engage with customers and partners to deliver business and engineering value to the challenges faced.
• Take part in daily standups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in coding with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing applications utilizing MongoDB.
• Familiarity with data aggregation models across multiple data sources.
• Experience in building Enterprise-class Multi-tenant SaaS application platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Nock.
• Proficient in instrumenting code to collect production performance metrics.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Preference for candidates with experience in integrating telephony, CRM, or CTI applications.
• Preference for candidates experienced with the MEAN stack.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in developing Enterprise-grade software products.
• Understands processes and values automation and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills with the ability and willingness to interact directly with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of devising solutions while collaborating with third-party engineering teams.
