This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement impactful features by collaborating with product teams, designers, and fellow engineers to address intricate challenges, develop scalable solutions, and maintain the performance and manageability of our systems.
• Assume responsibility for projects from initial concept through to production, actively participating in architectural decision-making.
• Produce high-quality code while enhancing the technical standards by sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Set up best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes that allow us to assess the impact of each feature we release.
• Analyze and enhance the performance, maintainability, and security of applications currently in production.
• Participate in a cooperative and transparent team environment that highly values feedback, continuous learning, and mutual trust.
• You possess strong proficiency in modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React) alongside relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• You have a passion for well-tested code and are dedicated to enhancing your work environment.
• You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You excel in a remote work setting.
