Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the patient-facing application, overseeing architecture, user experience patterns, performance, and accessibility.

• Convert clinical workflow needs into user-friendly patient-facing interfaces.

• Collaborate directly with a team of developers to enhance frontend speed while ensuring consistency in the design system and maintaining code quality standards.

• Manage the transition from the current Supabase-backed prototype to the production FHIR/HealthLake data layer on the frontend.

• Develop and sustain the component library, design tokens, and the infrastructure for frontend testing.

• Work alongside the clinical team to ensure the user interface accurately reflects pharmacy and clinical workflow specifications.

• Establish frontend observability, including error tracking, session replay, performance monitoring, and conversion funnel analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in full-stack development with a strong focus on frontend, including at least 2 years of experience in building direct-to-consumer or patient-facing health applications.

• Proficient in React/Next.js at an expert level.

• Strong skills in TypeScript.

• Experience with conversational or guided-flow user experience patterns.

• Expertise in mobile-first responsive design.

• Familiarity with FHIR resource consumption on the frontend or API integrations with healthcare data formats.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments characterized by ambiguous requirements and rapid iteration cycles.

• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience integrating AI/LLM-driven features into user-facing products.
