Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Front-End Leaning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch features for North, our AI workspace platform.

• Create autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.

• Write and deploy minimal code designed for low-resource environments, adhering to stringent deployment standards.

• Given the critical importance of security and privacy, you may need to innovate solutions and won't always utilize the most widely used libraries or tools.

• Work alongside researchers to implement state-of-the-art models and techniques in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in shipping extensive full-stack code (Python and React) in production environments.

• You thrive in fast-paced settings and can deliver results even when priorities and goals are constantly evolving.

• Strong coding skills with the ability to work comfortably across the entire stack.

• Experience in building and deploying high-performance client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications that serve millions of users.

• You approach problems from a product owner's perspective, asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?"

• You have a strong viewpoint on what constitutes an exceptional user experience and are willing to challenge designs or specifications that do not prioritize the user.

• You have taken ownership of features from start to finish: from identifying user problems, to shipping solutions, to measuring their impact.

• Bonus: A passion for art, a design sensibility, and a creative mindset - having a portfolio, GitHub, or other project showcases is a plus.
