Senior Full Stack Engineer – Backend Leaning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for backend systems and infrastructure from initial design through deployment and scaling.

• Develop high-performance, dependable APIs and services that drive essential financial products.

• Create and execute scalable architectures on AWS utilizing Node (TypeScript).

• Make practical decisions balancing speed, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Deliver production-level code regularly while upholding stringent quality standards.

• Contribute to the establishment of technical patterns and best practices within the engineering team.

• Collaborate effectively with product engineers and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, predominantly focused on backend development.

• Proven experience in building and scaling production systems using Node and AWS.

• Strong preference for proficiency in TypeScript.

• Demonstrated history of delivering reliable and high-performance systems at scale.

• A systems-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

• A robust sense of ownership and accountability regarding system outcomes.
