Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement new features and develop new applications for the SafeRide platform.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable code by applying best practices such as RESTful API patterns, SOLID principles, and event-driven architectures.

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams within an agile development framework.

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable production web services and APIs.

• Assist in cloud-native application development and infrastructure within AWS environments.

• Enhance system reliability, security, performance, and scalability across applications and services.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, debugging, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Drive innovation in a complex, regulated healthcare setting while ensuring compliance with security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering secure, scalable web applications.

• More than 5 years of experience with one or more of the following technologies: Node.js (JavaScript), React, or PHP.

• At least 4 years of experience in building and supporting production-level web or API applications.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with modern build tools like Webpack and Babel.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable production web services, particularly with asynchronous patterns.

• Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Experience with Docker containers and deploying containerized applications.

• Background in working with AWS cloud environments, including services like ECS/Fargate, Lambda, CloudFront, Redshift, and queuing technologies.

• Experience in agile development settings using tools such as Jira, GitHub, and collaboration platforms.

• Knowledge of unit and integration testing.

• Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Experience in healthcare or highly secure, regulated environments.
