Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain full-stack web applications utilizing React.js for front-end development and Python along with Node.js for back-end services.

• Construct and deploy applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring they are scalable and reliable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and successful delivery of solutions, adhering to agile principles of teamwork and transparency.

• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance, scalability, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term development.

• Integrate APIs and microservices to facilitate enterprise-grade applications.

• Work with SQL databases to design, query, and optimize data storage solutions.

• Implement best practices for version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and other DevOps tools.

• Utilize knowledge of AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance application capabilities and workflows.

• Engage in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.

• Operate in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

• Proven expertise in React.js, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Strong understanding of front-end development, including responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Proven knowledge of back-end development, encompassing RESTful APIs and SQL database integration.

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG, NLP, and related frameworks.
