Senior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable full-stack functionalities utilizing React, Django, and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams to deliver features that are intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.

• Produce clean, testable, and thoroughly documented code for both frontend and backend applications.

• Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.

• Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks, usability challenges, and technical debt.

• Assist in the maintenance and evolution of our APIs, data models, and client-side architecture.

• Ensure that code adheres to best practices regarding security, accessibility, and responsiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in a full stack engineering role or a similar position.

• Proficient in (or willing to transition to) ReactJS, Django, and PostgreSQL.

• Strong comprehension of API design, database optimization, and component-based UI development.

• Excellent communication skills in English, particularly within a remote team environment.

• Nice to have:

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or other regulated sectors.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or other data privacy and compliance regulations.

• Familiarity with authentication processes, user permission management, or third-party integrations.

• Understanding of accessibility standards, performance enhancement, or data-intensive UI.

• Exposure to AI-driven or data-centric products.

• Experience in mentoring or leading fellow engineers.
