Senior Full Stack Developer – React, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in launching the company’s product into the market.

• Convert approved UX/UI designs into responsive, user-friendly, production-ready interfaces.

• Create modern web applications utilizing React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Guarantee exceptional usability, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness throughout the platform.

• Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and application architecture.

• Create APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.

• Design and manage databases and data structures efficiently.

• Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

• Diagnose and resolve application issues across the entire technology stack.

• Integrate AI services and APIs into the platform where applicable.

• Assess and suggest AI technologies that can enhance product capabilities.

• Assist in developing AI-driven workflows and user experiences.

• Work with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for AI-enabled features.

• Engage in discussions regarding technical architecture and product planning.

• Offer insights on frameworks, technologies, and development best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution and scalability of the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying commercial SaaS applications.

• Strong full-stack development expertise across both frontend and backend technologies.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Solid experience with React development.

• Strong capabilities in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3.

• Experience in designing and managing relational databases.

• Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs.

• Experience with cloud-hosted applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advantageous Experience/Skills:

• Experience in developing AI-enabled applications or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with integrating AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.

• Experience with AI APIs and AI-driven workflows.

• Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms and external services.

• Background in startup or fast-growth technology environments.

• Experience in designing applications that maintain a balance between usability, scalability, and performance.
