Senior Backend Software Engineer – Streaming de Dados, Ruby on Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development and enhancement of scalable backend services, thoroughly tested and delivered with high quality and on time;

• Clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture, APIs, and integrations;

• Significant contributions to refactoring and the evolution of legacy systems;

• Implementation of CI/CD pipelines and observability practices in critical services;

• Support in the technical planning of squads and mentoring of less experienced developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development;

• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and data streaming, with messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar);

• Experience with analytical databases (Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, or similar) and transactional databases (SQL or NoSQL);

• Proficiency in unit and integration testing;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
