Senior Full Stack Developer – Outbound, Selfservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and REST APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot to support outbound and self-service workflows.

• Construct backend systems that facilitate call routing, queue management, outbound campaign oversight, and configuration-driven workflows.

• Collaborate with frontend teams to enhance UI-driven platforms and provide real-time updates without the need for deployments.

• Integrate applications with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.

• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring of distributed systems operating in production environments.

• Facilitate technical discussions, conduct code reviews, oversee sprint planning, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API development with a strong focus on creating scalable enterprise applications.

• More than 3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Technical Lead capacity, managing developers, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring technical delivery.

• Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch for cloud-native application development and deployment.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and management of distributed systems.

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka or other messaging systems, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience in architectural discussions, production support, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum project execution.

• Strong comprehension of scalable system design, performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability engineering for enterprise applications.

• Preferred: Exposure to Amazon Connect, IVR systems, outbound dialers, telecom platforms, or contact center technologies.
