Senior Full Stack Developer, Go

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain robust and scalable web services for our primary B2B SaaS application.

• Produce clean, high-quality, and thoroughly tested code, primarily utilizing Ruby and Go.

• Architect and oversee intricate database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

• Lead efforts to research, prototype, and deploy AI-driven tools to enhance our software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to convert complex user requirements into elegant, user-focused solutions.

• Mentor fellow engineers, advocate for best practices, and help foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in the full stack of B2B SaaS; Front end: vanilla HTML/CSS/JS; Back end: Go preferred, Ruby/Python/PHP acceptable; Database: PostgreSQL.

• A product-oriented mindset with a proven ability to consider the user's perspective and a strong focus on user experience and design.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to architect solutions for complex, distributed systems.

• Strong communication skills along with a desire to work within a highly collaborative environment.
