This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and uphold scalable frontend applications for both new and existing product offerings.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle — from conceptualization and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and iterative enhancements.
• Architect and advance our frontend technology stack utilizing JavaScript, Vue.js (Vue 3), Vuex, and Vite, with applications deployed through AWS (S3 and CloudFront).
• Enhance application performance, scalability, and security by implementing build optimizations, caching strategies, and adhering to CDN best practices.
• Convert intricate business and data requirements into intuitive, data-rich user interfaces while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Designers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Produce responsive and visually appealing applications that reveal actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Proactively identify technical enhancements that improve performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across the team.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Significant experience with Vue.js (Vue 3), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and developing responsive, mobile-first applications.
• Experience deploying client-facing applications within AWS environments (S3, CloudFront) and integrating mapping/geospatial libraries (e.g., Mapbox).
• Preferred experience in real estate finance or financial services.
• Extensive knowledge in frontend performance optimization, including bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and load-time enhancements.
• Strong mastery of Vue 3 patterns and scalable state management techniques.
• Ability to design and implement Progressive Web App (PWA) capabilities, including service workers and offline functionality.
• Solid understanding of frontend security best practices, such as XSS prevention, data sanitization, and secure authentication processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture considerations, including server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side hydration.
• Capability to utilize AI-enabled development tools to enhance technical design, implementation, and testing efficiency.
