Senior Frontend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our advertising technology and become acquainted with industry standards such as OpenRTB, MRAID, and VAST.

• Architect and oversee the implementation of high-quality frontend solutions for global ad display, emphasizing performance and scalability.

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, efficient, and thoroughly documented code in JavaScript/TypeScript, maintaining the highest coding standards.

• Create monitoring systems to track essential metrics like reliability and viewability, utilizing data to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Work closely with Ads Layout specialists and backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow and optimal architectural alignment for performance-sensitive features.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership by addressing complex system challenges, engaging in project planning and scoping, and ensuring adherence to top coding standards through active participation in code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in developing complex web software.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and browser APIs, with experience in relevant build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).

• Solid experience and a strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and advanced loading strategies (such as caching and asset delivery).

• Excellent knowledge of fundamental internet protocols and technologies (DNS, HTTP, cookies, etc.).

• Practical skills in observing, monitoring, and analyzing the operation of production systems, drawing valuable conclusions from the data.

• Good understanding of full-stack concepts, including system architectures, working with backend APIs, and deployment/CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in English and Polish at a C1 level.
