Senior Frontend Engineer, React, SSR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Advanced Frontend Development: Design and implement complex interfaces using React, ensuring quality, maintainability, and scalability in production.

• SSR and Performance: Employ Server-Side Rendering strategies, performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.

• Backend & APIs (BFF): Develop and maintain business layers and data orchestration using Node.js, Python, or Kotlin.

• Testing and Quality: Implement unit and E2E testing (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress) and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.

• Observability: Set up and maintain monitoring solutions, logs, and error management (Datadog, Sentry, New Relic).

• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, product teams, and business stakeholders, providing technical insight and facilitating decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend / Full-Stack Developer, participating in the development of complex digital products in modern environments.

• Strong experience with React and current frontend ecosystems.

• In-depth knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), hydration, and caching strategies.

• Experience building backend layers or BFF with Node.js, Python, or Kotlin.

• Focus on code quality, best practices, and automated testing.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

• Good technical communication skills and sound decision-making criteria.
