Senior Frontend Engineer, Community Builders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and sustain user-centric product functionalities while ensuring our systems' performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to produce high-quality products.

• Engage in the complete development process: technical design, coding, testing, experimentation, analysis, and product launch. This includes reviewing code and design documentation, as well as providing feedback on product specifications and prototypes.

• Establish and define standards that enhance developer workflows, recommend best practices, and mentor engineers on the team to advance their professional growth.

• Commit to continuous learning and enhancement of both technical and non-technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of software development expertise in one or more front-end programming languages, including Javascript, Typescript, and ES6.

• Proficiency with one or more front-end web frameworks, such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular, along with CSS experience.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift fundamentals, and the capability to design and implement maintainable APIs is advantageous.

• Capacity to take full ownership of projects, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• A strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

• An entrepreneurial mindset. You are self-motivated, innovative, and action-oriented in dynamic environments. You enjoy building new things, thrive in uncertainty, and can adeptly manage setbacks.
