• Develop robust, scalable, and thoroughly tested frontend applications utilizing modern frontend frameworks and our proprietary Design System.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Quality Assurance teams in a cross-functional environment to rapidly deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to and enhance our frontend architecture, tooling, and design system.
• Ensure an exceptional developer experience while continuously improving performance and reliability.
• Write meaningful unit and end-to-end tests.
• Actively influence product solutions by engaging in discovery sessions, feedback rounds, and design critiques.
• For Senior candidates: Assume ownership of the frontend domain and impact platform-wide decisions.
• Foster alignment between design and development while collaborating on complex UX challenges.
• Manage and advance our proprietary Design System in partnership with the design team.
• Guide the team in making architectural and performance-related decisions.
• Mentor and provide support to fellow engineers.
• Possess 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of experience in building frontend applications.
• Be proficient in TypeScript and confident with modern frontend frameworks.
• Have experience working with Design Systems.
• For Senior candidates: also possess experience in creating or maintaining custom Design Systems.
• Be knowledgeable in unit and end-to-end testing (using Vitest, Playwright, or similar tools).
• Understand UI/UX principles and prioritize building elegant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Capable of navigating ambiguity and transforming loosely defined concepts into functional software.
• Have experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Nice to have: Previous exposure to the fintech sector or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with zod (or other form validation tools).
• Have worked with data visualizations (such as tables and charts).
