Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications utilizing contemporary frontend technologies.

• Construct and enhance intricate, data-rich dashboards and workflow management systems.

• Create reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components in alignment with established architectural frameworks and engineering best practices.

• Guarantee outstanding application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across different browsers.

• Implement user interfaces that are accessible and compliant with WCAG accessibility standards.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to provide exceptional user experiences.

• Contribute to decisions regarding frontend architecture, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and mentor fellow engineers within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of frontend engineering experience with a strong proficiency in React, or senior-level expertise in Vue.js or Angular.

• Strong understanding of TypeScript, component architecture, and techniques for optimizing frontend performance.

• Demonstrated experience in building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow management tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and requirements for cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Familiarity with regulated UI environments is a significant advantage.

• Experience in highly regulated industries like fintech, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.

• Exposure to modern frontend tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy.
