Senior Frontend Engineer, Ads Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical design and implementation of intricate frontend features within Ads Manager’s creative and recommendation workflows.

• Convert AI-driven capabilities into user-friendly interfaces that advertisers can comprehend, manipulate, and enhance.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to navigate ambiguous requirements and make informed product and engineering decisions.

• Create reusable frontend patterns and components that support a cohesive campaign creation experience.

• Monitor user interactions, assess outcomes, and leverage experiments and product data to inform iterations.

• Enhance codebase quality through improvements in architecture, testing, observability, performance, and accessibility.

• Deliver high-quality code reviews and provide technical mentorship, fostering growth among fellow engineers.

• Work collaboratively across frontend, backend, data, and machine learning systems to ensure dependable end-to-end experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing production web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Proficiency in utilizing Codex, Cursor, Claude, or similar agentic coding tools in everyday software development.

• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver complex frontend projects from technical design to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Strong judgment in frontend architecture, state management, component design, testing, and API integration.

• Experience in crafting polished user interfaces with a keen focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

• Capability to effectively address ambiguous product and technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and data disciplines.

• Experience in using instrumentation, experimentation, or product metrics to analyze and enhance user experiences.
