Senior Frontend Developer – React/Next.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Instrument and analyze observability and analytics data, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of the collected data.

• Correct and standardize tracking instrumentation, ensuring accurate naming conventions and triggers throughout the funnel.

• Analyze collected data to identify root causes of issues, gaps in instrumentation, and opportunities for improvement, translating metrics into actionable steps.

• Develop and enhance the frontend application of the e-commerce platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Redux.

• Build interfaces with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), ensuring performance, SEO, and a positive user experience.

• Create reusable and accessible components.

• Integrate and consume REST APIs.

• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.

• Support, analyze incidents, and troubleshoot in a production environment.

• Prepare technical documentation for solutions and participate in code reviews, promoting best practices within the team.

• Continuously analyze and enhance application performance based on Web Vitals, identifying bottlenecks, measuring the impact of optimizations, and tracking metric evolution in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (related to Technology).

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production applications.

• Experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, hooks, middleware).

• State management using Redux / Redux Toolkit.

• Experience with analytics instrumentation and observability in web applications (event capture, metrics, and telemetry).

• Familiarity with at least one product analytics tool (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).

• Ability to analyze data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.

• Attention to data quality and governance (naming consistency, event duplication, LGPD/consent).

• Experience with UI/component libraries.

• Consumption and integration with REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.

• Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices.

• Automated testing (Jest + React Testing Library) and version control with Git.
