This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will autonomously coordinate the planning and execution of IT projects.
• You will provide support to the IT team, collaborating closely with our Product Owner, Lead Developer, and UX designer, while actively engaging in knowledge sharing.
• You will design and create scalable software architectures.
• You will formulate strategic plans for the ongoing development of our product.
• You will conduct regular code reviews to ensure that the code adheres to the highest quality standards.
• You will concentrate on our frontend components, ensuring their seamless integration with our backend.
• You will also be available to assist with backend development as required.
• You will identify and troubleshoot technical issues, optimizing existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
• You will implement and oversee security measures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• You will aid in maintaining our automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to boost the efficiency and reliability of our development processes.
• You will take on responsibilities that help us evolve from a successful startup into a thriving company.
