This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions utilizing React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Promote the use of effective state management techniques and modular build processes (e.g., Webpack, module federation).
• Create resilient, failure-resistant systems considering load, performance, and web security (CORS, CSP, OWASP).
• Deliver intricate, high-quality code to production promptly to meet essential business requirements.
• Enhance web performance and scalability by finely tuning the event loop and rendering phases (style, layout, paint, composite).
• Ensure code reliability by establishing a robust testing infrastructure (Jest, React Testing Library, unit/integration testing).
• Guide junior developers and uplift team standards through detailed and constructive code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Delivery Managers to align technical efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Resolve team obstacles by diagnosing complex technical issues and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in a senior frontend engineering position with a proven history of delivering complex, user-facing web applications.
• Profound knowledge of modern JavaScript (event loop, closures, async programming) and advanced TypeScript (generics, advanced types).
• Strong understanding of React core principles, component lifecycle, rendering optimization, and contemporary state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• In-depth expertise in the browser rendering pipeline, DOM manipulation, semantic HTML5, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
• Competence in configuring build tools (Webpack) and developing comprehensive automated tests.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex architectural choices and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian.
