Content Manager, Front-end Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Construct and oversee pages within dotCMS utilizing existing components.

• Generate and refresh content pages in line with brand and campaign objectives.

• Design and enhance landing pages aimed at campaigns and conversions.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize page structure and user experience.

• Assist in improving customer journeys and initiatives for conversion optimization.

• Operate within a headless CMS framework integrated with Next.js.

• Contribute to front-end development as needed (once capability is established).

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with dotCMS, including page construction and content management.

• Experience in a headless CMS environment.

• Proficient knowledge of React and Next.js.

• Ability to comprehend component-based architecture.

• Familiarity with Tailwind or contemporary CSS frameworks.

• Competence in working with props-driven components sourced from APIs.

• Experience with design patterns in headless CMS (API-driven content, structured content).

• Understanding of how CMS content corresponds to frontend components.

• Basic debugging abilities (navigating console errors, identifying CMS versus frontend issues).

• Strong grasp of UX, customer pathways, and conversion optimization techniques.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to adhere to structured components.

• Familiarity with Git version control (branching, commits, pull requests).

• Basic knowledge of PR reviews and UAT processes.

• Awareness of different environments — understanding staging and production flows, push publishing.

• Comprehension of how environments interface with the CMS.
