Senior Front-End, Mobile Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain contemporary web applications utilizing React and Angular.

• Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and libraries.

• Implement responsive and mobile-first user interfaces suitable for various devices and browsers.

• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready applications.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Develop and sustain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Angular, and Capacitor.

• Construct and deploy applications for iOS platforms while ensuring seamless native device integration.

• Implement mobile-specific features including push notifications, camera access, location services, biometrics, and offline capabilities.

• Work with native iOS functionalities and integrate third-party SDKs and APIs.

• Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and enhance application performance.

• Engage in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

• Adhere to security best practices for both web and mobile applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards.

• Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and UI tests.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues and application defects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end and mobile application development.

• Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies like React, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.

• Experience in developing mobile applications with React Native and hybrid frameworks such as Capacitor or Ionic.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying iOS applications, including App Store submission.

• Strong background in integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based services and authentication methods.

• Comprehensive understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Familiarity with version control and development tools such as Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development practices.

• Proficient in testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), mobile analytics, accessibility (WCAG), and performance monitoring tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work in team settings.
