• Design and develop high-performing, accessible single-page applications (SPAs) for real-time contact center workflows.

• Contribute to and uphold a shared component library and design system.

• Write well-tested, production-quality TypeScript code.

• Prioritize reliability in all builds.

• Profile, measure, and enhance rendering performance.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with over 5 years dedicated to frontend development using React and TypeScript.

• Profound understanding of component architecture, performance optimization, and contemporary rendering patterns.

• Commitment to reliability-first engineering practices.

• Awareness of performance and scalability considerations.

• 2+ years of experience in real-time user interface development.

• Expertise in accessibility standards.

• Strong discipline in testing.

• At least 2 years with a mindset focused on production ownership.

• Experience in providing technical mentorship.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
