Senior Front-end Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a complex, product-oriented web application by implementing modern architectural patterns while enhancing functionality and performance.

• Lead technical discussions and oversee code reviews to ensure consistency and maintain high quality in the codebase.

• Perform technical grooming of tasks, translating vague requirements into precise estimates and clearly defined priorities.

• Collaborate with backend, product, design, and support teams to deliver features that function seamlessly from start to finish, including AI-driven capabilities.

• Participate in the frontend duty rotation to maintain system stability and address live issues as they arise.

• Advocate for and adhere to the established development process while promoting best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creating production-level frontend applications.

• Extensive knowledge of Angular, along with a solid understanding of TypeScript and SCSS.

• Proven experience leading code reviews and technical discussions that elevate team standards.

• Excellent skills in estimation and prioritization, refined through practical technical grooming.

• Ability to work autonomously with a strong history of making technical decisions.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills, collaborating effectively with backend, product, design, and support teams.

• It’s advantageous if you have:

• Practical experience with React.

• Experience with Node.js to facilitate collaboration between frontend and backend efforts.

• Knowledge of Java.
