• Become a part of our team and help us achieve our goal of securing payment transactions for our clients.
• Lead our Fraud, Risk, and Payment team while working alongside Product, VIP, and Customer Support departments.
• Handle escalations from the team regarding payments, risk, KYC, chargebacks, and provide proactive insights.
• Examine payment data and transaction patterns to detect fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions.
• Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, which includes gathering evidence and analyzing trends.
• Collaborate closely with payment processors and financial institutions to improve payment security and minimize risk.
• Evaluate and review the effectiveness of current fraud prevention strategies, suggesting enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver reports on fraud trends and mitigation efforts to senior management.
• Aid in the creation and execution of fraud prevention training programs for staff.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or payment security is required.
• Experience in payments, risk management, KYC, and chargebacks is highly desirable.
• Background in the gaming/casino industry or a similar field is strongly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
