Senior FP&A – Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the accounting team to drive the monthly and annual closing processes; take ownership of the FP&A aspects of the timeline and its accuracy.

• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles in direct partnership with department and division leaders.

• Conduct profitability analyses by product line, entity, project, and business line — this includes examining publisher revenue share dynamics and recurring revenue from SaaS / CMP.

• Work alongside operational managers: assist them in monitoring their budgets, interpreting their performance, and taking appropriate actions.

• Actively enhance the FP&A tools and processes (PDCA) — standardize, document, and automate recurring reporting to avoid legacy issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, or Audit from a Business School or University is required.

• 4–6 years of successful experience in FP&A or management control — preferably in a corporate setting or audit firm (Big 4 experience is a plus).

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel: including modeling, pivot tables, and advanced functions.

• Strong understanding of general and cost accounting principles.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• A rigorous, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, demonstrate autonomy, and show proactivity.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Proven track record of effective business partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
