Senior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Model Maintenance: Enhance and sustain Facet’s primary financial model by employing comprehensive financial modeling techniques to convert intricate operational models into a unified cash flow model.

• Strategic ROI & Ad Hoc Analysis: Support cross-departmental teams with on-the-fly financial analyses to assess ROI on pivotal initiatives, directly guiding the overall business strategy.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Advance the financial reporting across the organization by developing KPI dashboards and preparing monthly presentations for the board.

• AI & Automation: Leverage AI-driven tools to expedite ad hoc analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.

• Data Translation: Convert large, intricate data sets into easily understandable analyses for presentation to management and the Board of Directors.

• Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the FP&A Director to deliver strategic insights and analysis that highlight significant trends and growth prospects within the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated analytical experience in FP&A, valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.

• Expert Financial Modeling: Advanced financial modeling proficiency—particularly in developing three-statement financial models, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and cash flow models.

• Education: BA/BS or Master’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related field.

• Transaction Experience: Previous buy-side or sell-side transaction experience is strongly preferred.

• Data Presentation & Storytelling: Proven experience in presenting complex numerical data in an accessible manner, converting financial metrics into easily digestible graphical or narrative formats.

• AI & Tech Savvy: Proficient in utilizing AI and automation with a strong desire to enhance finance operations continuously.

• Execution & Ownership: Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering exceptional work, able to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.

• Project Management & Availability: Strong capability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines, including the flexibility to work over 40 hours per week and on weekends when necessary.
