Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term strategic planning.

• Evaluate financial data and deliver insights to enhance strategic decision-making processes.

• Generate and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports punctually.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to collect and assess financial information.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.

• Create ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

• Leverage NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot, and relevant systems for financial reporting and analysis.

• Support the maintenance of reporting accuracy (documentation, supporting schedules, reconciliations) that withstands scrutiny from buyers, sellers, or auditors.

• Assist with financial due diligence requests, prepare data rooms, and conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by investors, bankers, or auditors.

• At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Comfortable handling multiple entities/currencies and reconciling data from various sources.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and AI.
