Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term strategic planning.

• Examine financial data and offer insights to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports punctually.

• Partner with various departments to collect and analyze financial data.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

• Leverage NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot, and other relevant systems for financial reporting and analysis.

• Assist in maintaining reporting integrity (documentation, supporting schedules, reconciliations) that can withstand scrutiny from buy-side/sell-side or auditors.

• Support financial due diligence requests, data room preparation, and any ad hoc analyses requested by investors, bankers, or auditors as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Comfortable managing multiple entities/currencies and reconciling information from diverse sources.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and AI tools.
